Timeline for getting csq for child after update

I have already obtained csq for myself and my family but recently delivered a new baby.

Does anyone know how long it takes to get csq for the newborn after submitting updated docs?

Does Quebec immigration works till 31st of DEC?

Or they close down for some time due to the festive period?

Is there a timeframe for PR application like for Quebec CSQ where I have to inform them of any changes? E.g. for CSQ I should notify MIDI within 30 days.

I have recently applied for PR then shortly afterwards I got a baby. I just sent update to MIDI to obtain CSQ for the newborn.

I am currently waiting to received CSQ for my newborn and i'm wondering whether there's a timeframe where I should notify them of the child or it will be OK to wait to get CSQ THEN notifying CIC about the newborn. Or will that be too late?

That's why I was wondering how long it takes to obtain CSQ for my newborn.

I have not yet received AOR and cannot link my application to my account on CIC.

They sent my son's CSQ in 1 month then I sent it to CIC
