Hehe.

Will look forward to your blog! ;) :D

Hinga malalim....ok...

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EP7TOC.asp#pay-fee
https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?lang=en

Payment Instructions - Philippines
•Fees must be paid by bank draft, certified cheque, postal money order (PMO) or manager's cheque. Cash payment is not accepted.
•Print your name on the back of the bank draft or certified cheque.
•Fees can only be paid in Canadian Dollar and Philippine Peso currencies although it is advisable to pay in Canadian Dollars to avoid currency fluctuation.
•If you are paying in Canadian dollars, the bank draft or certified cheque should be addressed to the: Receiver General for Canada.
•If you are paying in Philippine Pesos, the bank draft or certified cheque should be made payable to the: Embassy of Canada, Manila.
•Cheques can be issued by any local or international banks or post offices. Bank cheques are valid for 6 months from the date they were issued, while PMOs are valid for only 3 months.
•If bank drafts are issued from a bank in Canada in Canadian dollars, the "drawee" (also known as the clearance or correspondent bank) must be left blank.

So mamili muna.
- magbayad using CAD or

1. http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/timeline-for-filipinos-submitted-pnppr-applctions-at-cio-t93206.0.html;msg2782958#msg2782958
2. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/apply-how.asp
3. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EP7TOC.asp#pay-fee

yeko? :).../hth
huwaw! very comprehensive and informative! salamat ragluf!
So I understand the payment online is indeed a new system because when I submitted my application in Sept 2012, there was no online payment yet, I remember I had to manually input in a paper form my credit card information. I don't remember back then that you can pay the application fees and RPRF together already.
It seems then that CEM is still in the transition phase with the new online payment system too so they have yet to update their email/letter/procedure templates.

Anyhoo, I've sent my bank draft for my corrected RPRF amount. Sana next ay PPR na talaga. Goodluck sa ating lahat!
Pag nasa Canada na tayo, sana magka-get together tayo? :)

salamat po.

Hi rcg, my curiousity and impatience kicked in earlier and I emailed CEM to inquire, this is their automated response:

"We confirm receipt of your email to the Manila Visa Office.

We will review your message shortly and if you do not receive a reply within our service standards (28 days), this means that the information requested is available on our websites www.manila.gc.ca and www.cic.gc.ca, or your application is still within processing times."

I messaged my supporter also and she said her MR came in after 3 months. Her application was in 2010. It was great that most of our colleagues here last year had a faster timeline, but I think each application period is unique. Another friend said it might be due to the priority processing for Yolanda survivors.

Anyhow, let's just wait and I hope we all get our most coveted MR within the 90-day period.

God bless everyone! :)

As you have a supporter and I assume your supporter is in Canada - you can ask if they can request GCMS/ATIP notes for you. Under the privacy act it is free for those in Canada.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/DEPARTMENT/atip/requests-personal.asp

For the supporter - in order for them to get access to details of your application/file - you (the applicant) need to provide consent to them - use this form: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/form-imm5744.asp

General link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/index.asp

It takes 30days (calendar days as legislated under the Act) to get the results, so given you are waiting for results from CEM (28 days) - having another avenue to get information running in parallel looks better. It is an option you can consider.

Hi,

Wala naman official published duration/service levels ang CIO to send AOR. So it varies - me mabilis, me matagal.

See here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/canada/sydney.asp
How to Contact the Centralized Intake Office
If you are a federal skilled worker, federal investor, Quebec-selected skilled worker, Canadian Experience Class or provincial nominee applicant and you have a request for case information, you may contact the Client Service Unit of the Centralized Intake Office.

You will not receive a reply to your email if:

you have not already applied under one of the above categories
you are not authorized to receive personal information
you applied within the last 8 – 10 weeks
your enquiry concerns any other topic.
Please do not send the same enquiry more than once. You can reach the CSU at CIO‑Sydney‑Search‑Enquiry@cic.gc.ca.

vanessadc said:
Meron ba hindi naapprove from CIO?
Meron din - pero note ang CIO will look into the applicant's eligibility sa program na inaaplyan. Since PNPs are usually vetted na sa provincial level, bihira na ang di nakakapasa sa eligibility requirements. Pero, one of the functions nila is to make sure na complete ang application - so merong mga ibinabalik na application dahil incomplete and CIC docs or mali ang payment method ng PF etc. Pag me problema sa eligibility, me letter kasama ng package explaining bakit di pumasa sa eligibility requirements from CIO.

vanessadc said:

Not necessary para sa CIO. However, in my opinion, makakatulong ito down the line sa processing bilang pagpapatunay ng inilagay mo under Schedule 4: Economic Classes - Provincial Nominees - IMM 0008. Ito yung tanong ng - "4. Funds - Amount of unencumbered transferable and available funds you have in, Canadian dollars."
