Timeline for confirmation of application received

Hi everyone,

How long has it usually taken to get notification that your application was received by the CIC offices after you have sent it? I sent mine via DHL and have receipt of delivery but want to know how long it usually takes to get official confirmation from the office in missisauga after it has been delivered.

A few weeks, maybe up to 2 months. It depends. You'll receive an acknowledge of receipt when it does.

5-7 weeks appears to be the current wait times based on the July thread.
