I have many questions in I hope to have answers for it

First: Why is "process time" different between one person to other, some of people their application are slower, they are from same office, lets have an example Damasucs
office, Why?
If you send all your paper and everything as book said , how long it will take, I see in Damascus office said a different time , so deppend in what? some 30% 3 months some 50% 6 months and etc...
My last question is that ,
I am married, I had been lived in canada for four years, as a refugee my case was rejected, My lawyer advice me to apply for sponsership from outside canada, he said faster and better than anything. so I left canada, ???
then we applied for sponsership. My relationship is true there no lie in anything, and we have send all document shows that, The Officer in immegration Canada told me ( she was my officer in canada for my refugee case) do not warry you will have to wait only six months and you ll back to your wife, I asked her I see the internet post some people waitting for 2 years, she said that is not in your case, thoes have crimnal record or other problem, is that true :-X
My lwayer said it will not be longer than 8 months , but as you know You cannot trust lwayers,sorry not allbut they just think your a bag of money, and they do not do good job, trust me I seen many cases the lawyer was the problem . I did all paper in canada, and send all the paper I send from backhome too. Police certificate from Canada and backhome, medical exam from canada. Marriege certificate from canada and my backhome. all done as my lwayer said. I send the application first of Aug to Missg office. so what do you think guys
