Timeframe to reapply after refusal

Hi guys,

I´m a citizen of Slovakia, but currently have been living in the UK for around 7 months. I applied for work visa under IEC Working Holiday category as a Slovak citizen. However, my visa got refused, because: "It has been determined that you currently do not reside in Slovakia."

I understand this reason and I´ll make sure to actually apply from Slovakia next time I´ll be doing it.

However, the letter also states: "You are welcome to reapply if you feel you can respond to these concerns.."

My question is: When can I actually reapply ?

Do I have to wait till November, get into the pools again, be selected and reapply next year, is this what they mean by it ?

You'll want to return to Slovakia and live there for at least four months (preferably six months) to reestablish residency before you reapply. You can apply again this year if there are still spaces left in the pool. The issue is that you aren't living in Slovakia now and need to return there and live there for a while before you reapply.

Thank you, I think there are no more spaces left in the pool this year. The thing is though, officialy I have a permanent residence in Slovakia, I´m not a permanent resident of the UK. So if I understand it correctly, would I have to spend 4 months in Slovakia anyway before I can send the visa application, if I get selected in the pools again?
