I mean , is there any furhter requirements by embassy for PR process ? bcoz they told in the table that after stamping they give the documentation to finalize your PR ?

The document is confirmation of permanent residence. No further any process.

Usually it takes one Month or one and half Month..

I didn't get back my passport yet I submitted on 26th of August 2014.
