How long does it require for the nomination points to get credited in your new profile (old profile with +600 points expired) ?.

New profile created and mail attaching proofs sent to ontarionominee / expressentry email ids on 18th. Today is the 6th day or 4th business day. I haven't received any reply from them so far. Is this normal ?.
