Do i need to declare time i spent on criminal probation if it was a conditional discharge and i didnt breach it.

on ircc website it says i dont need to declare it if it was a conditional discharge and it was not breached.

but online application page says i need to declare it and it cannot count towards physical presence.

Im going to apply for citizenship

According to IRCC’s policy, a completed conditional discharge is not considered a conviction. Even though a discharge is not a conviction, it was still a charge and court outcome. When IRCC says you do not need to declare it if it was a conditional discharge and not breached, they are usually referring to inadmissibility / prohibition sections, not the general disclosure question.
