Re: RECENTLY UPDATED MY FILE AS PER THEIR REQUEST.

HELLO FOLKS...

I am an applicant for QSW from India, applied on december 2013, got file num on may 2014.

Again after long wait, on october 2015 got an intention to reject letter, submitted all the docs they asked by last of october itself.

on 17 th nov, i received an email with an attachment from midi stating that "your file is awaiting a decision"

after that no updates.. what does this necessarily mean. Does any one got the same experience?. please do encourage me

My timeline

Application filed = November 25, 2013
File Number = April 30 2014
Doc request (intent to reject) = September 18, 2015 (within 90 days, last date = December 17, 2015)
File sent = October 22, 2015
Awaiting a decision letter = November 17, 2015
CSQ Recieved = December 12, 2015

I think most of them are received CSQ without interview within 2 months after this mail.

As per today file is under processing. The message in file indicates: EN ATTENTE D’ÉTUDE ATTENTE DE RÉPONSE. (WAITING TO PROCESS WAITING FOR RESPONSE)

What does it mean?

Hi jkan,

I don’t know what does it mean but I translated it in google. It means WAITING WAITING RESPONSE STUDY. Please check with your lawyer, after your file update whether MIDI sent any letter to learn French. If they sent any mail please ask your lawyer to forward that mail. Please call the customer care executive and confirm your status.

hello friends

there is an update on my file .. as i received intent to reject letter again from MIDI today and they are asking me to submit the Declaration form as my Profession which is " Engineer" is regulated profession in Quebec . As per the letter i need to send this form only ..

Is anybody have any knowledge about this declaration and why Quebec immigration office asked me this declaration form
I am BE graduate in Computer Science and engineering but my profession is Software Quality Analyst with exp of 6 years .

Also what Labels means as MIDI always ask to send the LABELS ? Please if anybody have clarification on what Labels are kindly mentioned

This is my time line to date:
Initially applied: April 2013
File returned: August 2013 (after I called to follow-up, having received no response since application)
Re-submitted: September 2013
AOR: Received November 2013
Intent to refuse letter: January 2015 (This letter was headed: 'obligation de fourmir les documents demandes' but stated that failure to provide requested documentation will lead to refusal without further notification- not sure if it is the same 'intent to refuse letter')

File update: March 2015

Absolutely nothing since then. ??? ???

Hi I applied for self employed category in May 2015
Received file number on 8th of June 2015 with a receipt of the visa fees
26th of January 2016 i received by post a letter from them with my points and the request for me to submit the IELTS and Tefaq exams.

Is this the file intent to reject i hear about?
Is my file in processing already?
