Hi Dears,

My timeline
========
Application filed = April 2014
File Number = August 15 2014
Doc request (intent to reject) = Feb 10, 201 (within 90 days, last date = May 01, 2016)
File update not sent yet = ???
Awaiting a decision letter = ???
CSQ Recieved = ????????????????

Below is what they requested;

1. Photocopy of your birth certificate and that of your wife along with the original of the translation of the documents;
2. Photocopy of your children’s birth certificates along with the original of the translation of the documents;
3. Certified copy of your Diploma in Business Administration and transcripts (2010) along with the original of the translation of the documents;
4. Certified copy of your Diploma in Information Technology and transcripts (2007) along with the original of the translation of the documents;
5. Certified copy of your high school diploma and transcripts (1997) along with the original of the translation of the documents;
6. Please advise if your situation has changed (new child, new address etc.).

Should I certify the birth certificate translation by ministry of foreign affairs, or just sent the original translation?
My both requested diplomas are in English, should I translate them in French or English is OK?
Should i just color photocopy the and certify but ministry of Education or I also should certify by ministry of foreign affairs.

No need to translate if the documents are originally in English.
But you absolutely need certified true copies of #3, 4 and 5, whatever languages they are.

In response to my intent to refuse, i sent supporting documents, which according to the mail delivery service arrived November 25th. I had up till January 5th 2016 to summit any supporting documents documents.

I am still awaiting response myself. Received request to update file January 2015. File updated March 2015. Have received no word since. My geographic pool (online at official website 'processing times') shows that all applications have completed the verification of documents phase and the preliminary review and selection review (1-3 and 1-9 months respectively) remain.

Called last week to follow-up and was told my file is awaiting processing.

I received an Intent to reject letter last Friday 19th via email (that's about a week since I called to follow up on my file). I also received the evaluation results. Scored 56/57. Was asked to send ANY documents that can help my case and to allow for review of decision. Documents sent 24th Feb (yesterday) I asked for my baby to be added.

Waiting now, Again!

Hello, Elders!

I had sent my file on June 2011, on December I got "intention to reject", and I had appeared new IELTS and got CLB 7, and my bachelor degree in Computer engineering is on demand list. So my question is "Will they consider my file according to new RULE as of today and award point or they will reject based on 2011's points system?

Please reply anybody experienced.

AOR dec2011 intent to reject in 90 days on 7dec2015 docs sent in dec . now how much more to wait . On calling quebec agents said you reached in preliminary review stage and now it takes 2 to 12 months. do u have any idea?

Is anybody received any email convocating for an interview - CSQ Quebec??

I could see that no interwiew in the 1st quarter - Jan to March. But what about April ?? May ???
Does anyone receive any email ??

I am from Brazil - I sent my docs in 2011 and in Oct 2014 I received an email saying I am in a list for the interwiew - I have being waiting for this interwiew since Oct 2014...1 year and 6 months.
