Time line of getting csq after updating documents for intention of reject docs O

Hello All,

I applied in Jan 2016 using Mon Peoject Online System and got document request in June 2016 and Intention to Reject in Aug 2016. I updated the documents in September 2016 but still haven't heard back from
Then after almost 6 months.

Has anyone who applied using Mon Project Online system received the Intention to Reject letter and got CSQ after that or has a similar experience to this.

Intention to reject received :27/9/2016
Submitted doc :15/12/2016 (deadline was 26/12/2016)
still waiting for csq....
any body here have the same time line?

Please let me know if any one got csq with this time line.

i am an out land applicant and here is my timeline
March 2012: application sent
April 2012 : application returned due to lack of English and French proficiency
November 2012: application resent
August 2013: AOR will file number
July 2015: Intent to reject, update requested
August 2015: Document sent and updated
October 2015: Intent to refuse. Lack of points in preliminary evaluation. Recommend to send some docs to add points
November 2015: Docs requested sent and received same month
November 2016: Another intent to refuse??( What???) same intent to refuse as the one in October 2015 with same preliminary evaluation dated October 2015.
November 2016: sent copies of the copies of my response to the docs I sent in Nov 2015 plus a 2 page cover letter. I was very bitter in the letter ( but in a very professional manner ) ;Dlol. I indicated how inconsistent they are and how confused they have made me. Etc
December 2016: CSQ delivered December 23 and received on 31st

Hi All,

My Attorney is planing to class action against Quebec Immigration and we will have complet information by next week I will keep posted but at the same time if you have submitted your file via agent or lawyer please ask him to file class action against Quebec immigration Govt .
