Time line for MPNP. Need help for CIC forms

Dear all,
I'm happy to receive LOA (nominated for the Provincial Nominee Program) and I want to share my time line. LOA tells me to cic.cg.ca for applying for permanent residence. I'm worried that I can use the incorrect forms. Who applied, please share the form list. Thanks
My timeline:

23-Dec-2015 : LAA from MPNP
29- Dec-2015 : Submit Application
30-Dec-2015 : MPNP Application Status: Received
05-Jan-2016 : SPP2 sent from Supporter to MPNP
09-Jan-2016 : MPNP Application Status: Received
31-May-2016 : MPNP Application Status: Assessment Pending
02-Jun -2016 : MPNP interviewed the Supporter
03-Jun-2016 : MPNP Application Status: Assessment In Process
28-Jun-2016 : MPNP Application Status: Assessment Complete
29-Jun-2016 : Letter of Acceptance (LOA) received via email
Total Time: 6 months

Good luck with your CIC application, hope someone clarifies also if experience/education papers are required to be sent for CIC as well..
