Hello.

I'll appreciate your help here. I received the letter for document submission. The letter is dated 22-july-2010 and states a 90 days time frame (from 22-july-2010) for document submission. My question is: 90 working days or 90 calendar days. I went to the visa office and asked this to an information clerk and the answer was working days. Even though that was the answer I was hoping, I can't avoid feel a little uncertain.

I'll appreciate your feedback. Thanks.

Calender Days.

Thanks for you reply.

Unfortunately, as I was told it was working days, I was planning on submitting the documents next Monday (Nov 15th). Is there anything I can do in order to let them know what happened so I would not lose the process?

Thanks for your help

Your only option now is to attach a cover letter explaining the information you were given and provide as many details as possible, ie, name of person and date. My first thought would have been 120 calendar days. Good Luck.

Thank you very much for the information. I´ll follow your advice.
