hi,

W1 visa for self and spouse and S1 for my younger is approved and the passports are stamped and available with us. But elder son’s approval is still pending as we were asked to complete his medical test as he is disabled with cerebral palsy. His medical was completed on 30th Aug - but we are still waiting on any decision. Any idea how long it takes for them to decide?

Regards
Sudeep

It can take a number of months to process the results and for IRCC to come back with a decision.

Thank you. But this is for a TRP worker category and me as primary applicant is already approved along with open WP for my spouse and student WP for my younger son. Will it still take a number of months for IRCC to decide on my elder son? I thought that timeline was for Permanent Residence only.
