Thanks, I have added you. You say the principal applicant is non-visa exempt, if so what is the applicant's nationality?

Okay send the lease but as I stated try and send letters addressed to you and your sponsor at the same address.

Just a quick mention; letters with each of your names to the same address, even bank statements with dates, addressed to the same address would be helpful. Vehicle insurance, registration, drivers license ... anything that shows you both receive mail at the same address would be helpful

I am talking about the applicant, not the sponsor. The applicant cannot be Canadian otherwise you would not need to apply for PR.

I have a feeling you are visa exempt and not non-visa exempt.

Future mother in law sent a letter stating we were living there but it was not a lease. we can get a lease done stating we were living there and send it off. we do not have bills together as family members pay bills.

we sent lease from uk that we were staying at address together from march 2014 to sept 14 (6 month lease) then we moved to Northeren ireland to live with family which is what they want proof for.

Was the letter notarized and did you include any other proofs? If not, I'm not surprised that CIC wants more. At this point, a simple lease will count for as much as the letter you initially sent. Have her get a notarized letter confirming from what date you lived there together. If there are any other adults in the house, get regular letters from them. If you know your neighbors, get letters from them. Include any mail you both have for the address; it doesn't need to have both names on it. Get letters from your employers confirming your address on file.

Just over a month since 'Decision Made' appeared in my ECAS, and I received my COPR yesterday, Nov 10th. To the day, it's been exactly one year since we posted the physical application.

Great relief to see the expiration date is the date of my passport expiration (in nine years!). I knew that was the likelihood, as my medical was done over a year ago, but it's funny to see a date quite so far in the future.

Are you sue the 9 years isn't a mistake? Our medical date was December and we still have 9 years on passport, but they gave us a random date in July 2016 as our deadline. I've never seen anyone get more than a year! Seems a bit crazy, but just another LVO mystery I assume.

they accepted a lease from march 2014 to sept 2014, we have plenty of letters that we can send with seperate names on and i have lots of payslips i can send. letter was not notorised. we are currently visiting canada for 6 months so its not easy to get stuff done. but i think we will be ok with everything we have

Did you take a copy of the form that you sent in your application? If so check that you signed the form in question. Most likely there is a mistake in the form, or LVO has lost that form.

Common law…

I have checked the form, it is correct. My representative tells me its because its been nearly 15 months since i filled it out,
Is it normal to ask for extra documents twice? why wouldn't they ask for everything together?

Your past does not change though so I am not sure they would want you send in another copy, but we have to provide what is asked for.

Its exactly two weeks today since my re medicals results were submitted to LVO and i haven't heard anything from them.
I think I need to give myself a break now from checking my emails every ten minutes!
