Requests made pursuant to the Access to Information Act can be sent by e-mail if you have:
Completed, signed and dated your request;
Scanned your request; and
Paid the $5.00 application fee using the online payment service.
You can send your scanned request form and supporting documents (in JPG, TIFF or PDF format) to ATIP-AIPRP@cic.gc.ca.

If you are paying the application fee by cheque or money order, you must send your request by regular mail to the following address:

Maybe by the time my husband visits me it will change to DM. I was hoping to have it early, as it is our 2nd wedding anniversary at the end of the month, which is cotton, so I was going to get Decision Made embroidered onto a Cotton Hanky and give him the plane tickets...but I am beginning to think I will have to run to the mall late and buy him socks instead...
