My husband is coming to visit us in Scotland for our anniversary in 3 weeks, it would be nice if I could give DM/COPR as a anniversary present. But I think I am being too optimistic...

You can always hope and with London you never know! Fingers crossed for you. There seems to be a lot of movement with July/Aug applications already so lets hope for good news for you soon :) :)

Is there like a time frame from when you begin in process to dm?

It's a guessing game really, but if you look at the spreadsheet, you will see that recently it has been anywhere between 3 days and 4 weeks. However some people like Mitchy6 have been waiting way longer, he has been in process since Dec 10th but I can't see that happening to you,

Thanks Sfeire. Everythings crossed...lol

Well, well, well. My husband just heard from our friends at the London VO requesting more on his personal history. This has happened to others on this forum whereby even though we went back 10 years as specified in the instructions they've changed the goal post it would seem, and he now needs to go back to the age of 18.

Even though this is a pain in the rear it means that they've opened our file and we are over the moon. Funny how we just got our GCMS notes on Friday, and today they've emailed for more information. Coincidence?

App date: Sept 17
Sponsorship approval: Oct 22.

:D

Well I'm glad that I'm younger than 28 so I've already gone back to age 18.

It's good to see lots of movement from London, let's hope they can keep up the pace.

Congrats to all the DM's in this last week!!

I am 5 1/2 weeks 'in process' and still waiting, and no additional info has been requested as of yet, so least to say I am a little jealous of you all!!

Added a section to the spreadsheet at the bottom for people who are now 'In Progress'. For a visa exempt person your average time getting from In Progress to getting Decision Made is 24 days, with the fastest being 0 days and the slowest being 116.

Wow quite a few DMs over the weekend, congrats to everyone. Seems like their weekend staff work harder than their week-day staff ;)

Happy Dance!!! My husband received our COPR in the mail today! :D
I guess this part of the process is done, now on to the second part.

This application has been everything that i have talked about for the past year, so happy to have it done.

All I have to say is, patience is definitely a virtue!

I wish everyone good luck on their journey and am very thankful for all the fantastic advice on this forum. You guys are what kept me slightly sane, slightly.

All my relations!

Welcome. I will add you to the spreadsheet, which you can find in my signature which will allow you to see how others who are applying in 2013 are doing.
