Well after a sleepless :o night I rang the city this morning and they emailed me the joint utilities from Aug 2011 to Dec 2011 so that they can be added to the Jan 2012 to Feb 2013 ones hence giving us 12months evidence of co habiting BEFORE our application and indeed continued co habitation as a family unit!!! cant believe I didn't do this in the first place!!! but its all emailed and the hard copies have been sent special delivery today also so im well within my 60days I've also asked for a acknowledgment of receipt of the email which ill doubt ill get but had to try!!! so to recap all my fees are paid ,the extra info has gone my medical has been extended so unless they ask for anything else its a waiting game going to ban myself from ecas and try and chillax .

seems like a plan! you've sorted out everything, now to wait! and you have plenty of time before your contract expires, so (even if it's difficult to think that way), a week more doesn't make a huge difference as long as it comes before September.

Hi,
Good job on the spreadsheet!
It looks great, very neat and clear.
Just an update with my info. I was asked for extra documents in the past so if the column of extra documents requested could be checked off for me that would be great.
Thanks a bunch!

Again...I'd question the need for the doc to be locked down now...It's more than likely that our troll has moved on to annoy other parts of the internet...

let's give it a try! :-) I've opened it for all. If something happens, I'll close it again, no worries!

Really strange that COPRs have ground to a halt...

Let the speculation begin!

EDIT:

I believe space aliens have taken over CIC in London and at this very moment are feeding upon long lost application forms and proofs of relationships.

Listen...Can you hear that faint noise?....."yum yum yum yum yum yum yum"

Yeah I have been waiting 4 weeks since becoming 'in process' and I haven;t received any emails for extra documents and I haven't heard anything - no DM no COPR in the mail yet... I'm going to give it a couple more weeks and if nothing shows up I think I will shoot them a quick email to see if they have requested extra docs so I can get them sent within that 60 day period (as from reading posts recently, there seems to be a fair amount of miscommunication/emails not appearing recently)... Or see if they have just forgotton about my file, or if I am just impatient and still have to wait a while longer.... ;)

Lovely new spreadsheet - thanks mitchy6 and Sweden. Hope the troll is gone for good!
Question about the statistics - is there anyway there could be a stat added for time from 'in process' to DM... I am possibly only curious about this because this is the stage I am in right now so trying not to get to anxious about it all.

Congratulations you are both the average, slowest, fastest and median for 2013 :P

Why, I am blushing ;)

Hoping and praying that we start seeing some DMs coming through this week.. its been WAY too long. Thinking back to that week in January where they made great process and there were people turning red all over the spreadsheet.. For me anyway it definitely got my hopes up. *fingers crossed*

New spreadsheet looks great, well done guys!

Hi,
Does anyone know how long the London office takes for stamping the visa once they have received the passport?
I understand some visa offices ask for the passport early on. How does the London office work?
My husband and I are just trying to plan a head so wondering how long we should wait for the passport to be returned once we send it.
Thanks for any input!

Awesome new spreadsheet!!!

London asks for the passport at the end of the process ( unlike Manila, New Delhi for example), so once they request the passport, they are ready to issue the visa. It's the last step. It usually takes somewhere between 2 to 3 weeks ( sometimes less if all goes well) to get it back with COPR + visa issued.
You shouldn't have to wait for too long!

Hey London peeps,

Decided not to check e-cas all weekend.
First thing at work this morning and I say, hey what the hell, and check. See what was on e-cas below:

We received your application for permanent residence on July 23, 2012.

We started processing your application on February 22, 2013.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

I don't know if this is good or bad, but I'll just pretend it's PPR.

That is awesome news, congratlations. You can now turn yourself red on the spreadsheet

Congratulations tommyboy :)

We have pretty much the same timeline. I feel sick right now, thinking of all the worst case scenarios. Ugh. Congrats though, stoked for you :)
