Well i finally got passport request after i waited about a month waiting in the mail. The status on Ecas a month ago was Decision made and i was eagerly waiting in the mail. NOTHING! so i finally emailed buffalo and asked wtf is going on with my file. And they emailed the PPR information. I'm glad but at the same time disappointed i waited that long and I had to push them to tell me what the "Decision made" was.

yes my ecas was updated last night. saw an email from the tracker when i woke up today morning

from which tracker you got the email from ??? e-cas ???

there is a tracker made by a guy called mathew. its discussed a lot in this forum..
this tracker checks for ecas changes everyday.

Also we got the passport with visa after the decision was made earlier this week

I am confused and confused!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


After personally droping off the requested documents at my VO Nairobi on the 3rd of March 2011. included was my passports and the police certificate of good conduct and fingerprints. After three weeks of waiting, My Hubby received a letter from the embassy to ask me to foward the same original police certificate which I had delivered to the embassy already. I am soo confuced!!!!!! Could they have Lost it? I managed to call the embassy and the lady at the reception Ipresume so advised me to write a letter stating that I had given them the said document. I did send them an email and faxed the same to the VO. Nairobi.
My question is-----
1. did they receive the fax or the email? Not sure.
2. would they still be waiting for the documen?
3. Should I look fo another certificate and deliver it? Its hardly a Year which means its still valid
4. Does it mean my file is on Hold which means delain in processing the visa?
what do I do???????????????
I feel Like Crying!
I havent received a letter yet stating the same.
Please I need an advice can anyone assist coz I am in a dilema.

I finally got the AOR yesterday! They received the documents on december 3rd, but they sent us the AOR on March 28th....hopefully they will be asking for PPR soon!
