hi guys,

my application was received by berlin in april. now they need more evidence for relocation of my husband. you know what i don´t understand who the hell is paying those 1040,- and doesn´t go. The medical was not cheap either.
I don´t know i´m getting frustrated, sorry its mothers day :'( :'( :'( :'(

I know its kinda frustrating when they ask for more evidence about relocation to Canada, isnt it common sense when one is applying for PR for their spouse means they want to live in Canada??? oh well, but again, they have to follow some text book procedures not our emotions!!!

Ecas *finally* updated our file tonight and it said that Buffalo received our application on Thursday. Hopefully you have an update waiting as well =)

Ecas *finally* updated our file tonight and it said that Buffalo received our application on Thursday. Hopefully you have an update waiting as well =)

My eCas was finally updated. File was rec'd in England on May 4, and as of today its indicating that they too are in receipt of my husbands medical!

Wondering, what is the quickest anyone has seen/heard the family sponsorhip application processed in England? I'm sure it wont be that quick...I'm just very anxious and hope it doesn't take a year or something...

just got back from the translation guy, now i´m spending about 1000 Euros just for the translation. soon we´re brock . now for real i´m super frustrated.

by the way, in august i´ll fly with my husband to canada, he´s gonna stay! I go as a tourist. do i really have to take all the paperwork with me, or just go as a normal tourist. do they see at the airport that my application is in process, and if i guess it wouldn´t matter, i have a return ticket. can they refuse me entering as a tourist?

6 more nights to sleep till i can send the requested documents!!!! It`s going all so slow. :-[ :-[ :-[

e-cas still says in process but they have sent us an email stating that it's been approved and forwarded to London ;D

oh my god, I know it's still long way to go but such a relief,

and i so hope for IN that he get his good news soon too and our march bacth is good to go for the final round

Ok another stupid question.... ...I was wondering what information people are using to log into Ecas to find out about the applkication being received at the VO. I am using my information and it keeps saying not available under my husbands side.

Just wondering if people are using different information, or mine is being slow again....

For me the permanent residency application side was "not available" too for a while and then changed to "application received", don't worry.
