longer waiting starts....
unfortunately as I found in this forum, Damascus visa office is so slow in processing the files comparing Buffalo or London. In the best situation I should wait 4.5 to 5 month.

Hi, I just checked eCas this weekend and found my status there for the first time. Very exciting! I sent my application March 10th, received by CPC-M March 12th, began processing April 8th. Status is listed as "In Progress". Is it possible that the decision has been made but not updated on eCas yet? I will call Monday and check. Best of luck to everyone!!

New delhi is one of the fastest processing visa office, i guess its just taking time to reach their via indian post which is a bit slow. All the best.

Try ecas tracker, it allows you to enter multiple identification items. I use it and it sends me updates when any status change.

nosawasfy as soon as they approve you to sponsor they will send the number to you by mail.

thanks but i m still not able to get through the call centre of cic , i dont know how long will it take but anyhow after looking all others people applications process i wonder may be i'll get any reply soon.

Decision was made April 1st

Applications has been sent to Buffalo.
