Our application was received by CPC- M Last february 2, 2010 and surprisingly, we have recieved decision letter from CPC M last March 5 (Dated March 1 ) indicating that we qualify for the sponsorship and they are forwarded the PR application to Manila Embassy. So I guess guys don't rely on the processing times in CIC


Application Sent: 12/30/09
Received by CPC-M: 2/2/10
Decision Made/ Forwarded PR to MNL: 3/1/10
Received LOA: 3/5/10

My application is for Quebec though. Will it ever show on Ecas?

Application mailed February 12
Application received February 16
Application processing start date March 11
Letter sent about decision March 11

Anyone else have any experience about having a decision made on the first day of application processing? Ummm probably not a good thing???!!!!

Hello everyone.

It's good to hear that some of the applications sent and received in February are getting processed.

We sent ours (we're applying outland) to CIC-M on Feb 9th and they received it Feb 12th, but like some of you, we're yet to hear anything. I gave up checking the CIC website as the other week it said 'processed up to Jan 26th' and now it seems to be stuck on Jan 11th. However, after reading through the comments on this post it seems that the website isn't as accurate as it should be. I think we just have to wait for the letter. We're in Korea, so it might take a lot longer having the decision letter mailed here.

hello febuary ppl

good news for me today, i finaly able to log onto ecas today. a decision has been made on march 11th, and the letter is on its way.
cpc-m received my application on the 17th of feb. the time line on their site is not accurate, so keep ur hopes up ppl. good luck all.

Another good update.. My application reached there on 17th Feb & i was finally able to logic on ecas today.

We received your application on February 17, 2010.

We started processing your application on March 15, 2010.

We sent you a letter on March 15, 2010 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

I hope it will be a good news for me.. Waiting for the letter...

Congrats on the decision mades, most applications are reviewed and approved same day so it will be good news for you all. It appears CPC is still close to the 20-25 day processing times
