I just wanted you guys to know, we got our PPR today. Our office is Paris. No change in eCas, FYI.

Nothing I am aware of. Some people had their ecas saying in process...mine still just says it was received. So who knows where things stand

No AOR here yet. Nothing on e-cas. Starting to worry.

I still wonder why Buffalo is so damn slow compared to so many of the overseas offices. Makes no sense to me.

UPDATE: We got our initial assessment in the mail today.

Dear Sir/Madame, We have now completed the initial assessment of your application, and expect to finalize your application without a personal interview.

No more documents required.

Medicals received.

Hooray!

Congrats on your Initial Assessment! I'd like I say that I'm not a jealous wreck, but I totally am. I wish I had a spot on the chart for Initial Assessment.

Congrats on your PPR etoile! That is excellent news! When are you/your partner landing? And what are you going to do to celebrate? That's the kind of news we love to hear about here.

Your initial assessment should be in the mail any time soon, quakingaspen! I live fairly close to Buffalo, and the letter is dated March 18, so it only took 5 working days to get here.

Welcome to the new people to the thread! I'm glad to have you join us. Congrats to those of you who have finally received your PPRs. Soo jealous. I've got my fingers crossed for those of us still waiting that next week will bring news.

I think that part of the problem for me is that I'm in Canada... I have seen a delay recently of 3 weeks for mail to get across the border. :-\ I think it's less now, but I wouldn't be surprised by a weeks delay.

I really am excited for you, though. That's about all the news we've had out of Buffalo this week, and it's good to know they're still in there working away! And grats on the no interview!

Been since March 7th since we've seen anyone going through Buffalo post about an "In Process" status...dang.
