Where are you guys going to see which applications are being processed?

Also, how can I check eCas? I don't have any of those number they ask for as ID.

Also we've been checking the July thread for their updates.

And you can check ecas with your receipt number, ex: R###### on the top left of your copy of the receipt. Check out this CIC link for help on where it's located: https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/redir.do?redir=id_num&lang=en&app=ecas

My receipt starts with C as well. Don't worry I think it depends on the region.

So I checked out the July thread too and I see what you are saying. It seems like you should be hearing something by like Sept 7 or 8 right? Are you getting anxious at all? I know I will be! This waiting part is hard... and after the first part in Mississauga it only has the potential to be much longer! lol

I'm not really worried about the part in London because we have so much evidence for our relationship. I'm really just worried about the Sponsorship application and the 'intent to return'. I included some e-mails to Universities as well as some candid e-mails to parents and friends talking about returning but I don't know if it's enough.

There are times I think the whole application is really strong and other times I think it's weak. Argh, the waiting!!!

StillSmilin - Yes, very anxious!! September 7 is a Tuesday, so it would be beyond wonderful to find an ecas update when I got home from work. And definitely much longer after Mississauga! Buffalo is looking like 2 months after Sponsorship Approval you get AOR. :

buddhadimple - You're welcome. Oddly enough, I'm more worried about the Sponsorship part too, because my Canadian husband has such a strange history. It sounds like you have your intent to re-establish residency in order. Luckily for the most part London seems to have a pretty quick processing time, so if they do need anything else from you, I hope it won't take long! As for the sometimes strong/sometimes weak, I hear you entirely. I have moments of feeling both ways. Now I'm worried I talked too much in my captions!

No news yet. I checked ecas today, though I should know better ...my application was received August 3, so by next Tuesday (the 7) I should have an update, and this thread will explode as we move down the list. I can't wait!!!

Hi everyone!

Just wanted to let you know, we sent our application August 3 (received august 4) to Mississauga. Called today and was told that my application was approved yesterday and has already been sent to London!

So exciting! So looks like it's less than the 44 days listed, just wanted to let you know, I know the waiting is killer!
