If I were you, I would let them do what they are doing for another week or 10 days! There is no negative impact but personally I feel they should spend more time finalizing your case rather than spending time to check/locate your email and reply back If they need anything at all from you, they would email/call/send a letter to u.... I agree with Xyrus as well, I have dropped them a mail first time that too when it approcahing a month after sending my passport.. i m sure all u guys will get good news coming week.. U all have timelines ahead me so u should hear before me All the best.. i m sure coming tues will be lucky for u guys..

minku9 the processing team takes 2-3 days for review and then the file is finally reviewed by a visa officer, it takes just one day.
may be you will get a reply like"awaiting final review by a visa officer and a decision".Don't be so impatient.Believe me you will get your visa next week for sure, if not this week.may be it is already on its way in the mail.Visa officer may get annoyed by frequent enquiries.
I know its hard but just relax and pack your bags.ALL THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!

Guys I have a query if anyone can help with. I haven't seen anyone being called for the interview in this whole chain or asked for any documents other then the mandatory ones like medicals or police clearance. Is it very less possibility of being called for interview?

Not that I want anyone to be called but i have to decide when to resign from my job where i need to give one months notice before leaving. I have sent my passport on 17th Aug and now just calculating looking at your timelines.But at same time worried what some thing comes in between..
Any idea/suggestions.

Hey VIGI - I'm in a similar similar situation as well...unless you have ur passport in hand with visa, NOTHING is certain...so, please dont quit your job!

How would you feel if god forbid (and i hope it never happens) you were prolonged or refused and now your sitting home without an income...sorry, but i think you know what i mean!

I'm in a similar boat as well, I feel like walking out and cant concentrate at work when i know im so close...i know we are torn between 2 worlds right now, and planning for future.....just hang in there and do it when the time is right!

Hey Deep - i got the same reply last Thursday (been about a week now)....dont know what the hell they are doing, i have seen people get their visa (after this email) within a day or two....but NOT ME!!!!

So i'm here waiting!

im right behind u ... as i suspect u will get ur passport on MOnday.. wish u good luck.. and plz dont email them again.. wait a lil more as u have waited so much already.. coz u knw asking same question again to them kinda irritating and u dont want to do that... when ever u loose patience jst remember u hold that far ..jst a bit more.. good luck

i would recomend wait a little before you ask them again 22.. coz u already emailed them 2-3 times.. if u can hold on 2 weeks im sure you will not need to e-mail them u will get ur pp .. good luck..
