I use G3 as well (2c/min) and skype once in a while. I guess I am not the only one who thinks fighting is fun...lol... but we fight for fun once when we get bored. If you talk to phone like an hr everyday, u will run out of things to talk sometimes...lol..

hambzik..i hope ur here from xmas and the boxing day sales :P

Thanks Dear. I hope I am theretoo before 8th. 10th is our Office Xmas party. I am waiting for Xmas sale, I have eye on a Laptop I want to buy, its close to $2000 I am waiting for Xmas sale.

About I phone, I have used iphone for 3 years, and I dont use it anymore. I am gonna use my SAMsung Duos, which is a beautiful touch screen, dual Sim card phone with 3G and Wifi, I can use Wind and Rogers both Sim cards in it.

For other stuff, I will simply use ipad 2. Problem with iphone is battery, It gives maximum 4 hours of talk time, and if I switch on 3G, its battery life is only about 2 hours of talk time.

So a simple dual sim phone + ipad is best solution at least for me cos I am online most of the time. See its almost 3am here and I am still working...

ya, when you are fighting, one have to have fun, so just stop listning and after sometime other person will stop yelling and screaming and quit.

Just like yesterday so called "Self-Styled "The Great"" did...... hehehehe.

Wind Mobile is improving the quality slowly. They still have issues when you are on skytrain or in basement just 2-3 feet below the ground level. Its good value for your dollar. If you live in basement, dont use it.

I like the turn this thread has taken. Really liking the conversations down here. Was missing the oldies aman, jasvarun, manisohal, fprince, DNT and others and was hanging around here less. Good to see things livening up here :)

Wind is good if you plan to stick around in windzone but they have very limited coverage. As per cost, they have the best deals that rogers n telus could never beat. I have seen their service improving ever since they started. I m planning to switch to wind once this contract is done. :D

For some reason, I never get bored talking to my spouse and we hardly fight. I dont even remeber when was the last time that I had fight with her. I still talk to her for hours everyday. Maybe the difference is that I talk to her about work as well, so lot of our conversation is about work, new ventures and future planning for our professions.

I live in a basement apartment and I have full signal with Wind.

that's really gr8....i wanted to ask you do you have any recommendations in easing the work transition for my husband? Is there a way he can actually legally start working long dist on a bc job?

you know mapledreams i am thinking mayb wind is also different connectivity in toronto vs. vanc. its been in toronto longer right? but needless to say...i think that means wind's reception will swiftly b improving in the nxt few months :)

I'm not sure about that, but I do know that when I started with them, they were expanding towards BC, AB so maybe the "base" is Toronto.

I have this great job because I was IT consultant for this group of companies for 4 years. I am positive that he can work for a Canadian Company even when living outside Canada if he can find a job.

I am not aware of his nature or work or profession so I can not comment. Why I said this is, because I have remote access to over 200 computers and servers all over which I maintain from anywhere where I have access to high speed internet. So, depends on the nature of the work.

i figured when u talked about the cellphones and tablets...he is an IT consultant too :P hahahhahahaha

I remeber something "a man is at its best when he have "American Salary, Canadian Wife and Indian Life" I have all three, but I want to be with my wife .... its hard to live away from each other. She can't move here, so I have to be there....
