That's exactly the point Gwalyat was making, just send them what they asked, which is just your passport. If they needed photos, like this other applicant was told to do so, they would have asked some from you too.

Yes, that is true. But I do not have a PPR letter with me to use as a guideline. Only a phone call to go by and the thought/fear that the VO might have forgotten to mention other details in his zeal to issue me a visa ;) ;D

My wife's passport sent out yesterday should be there today ( India's today :) :) )..No need to send any photo... PPR letter mentions 3 things to send if not already sent.
1- RPRF
2- PCC
3- Passport

it also mentions that this documents are asked only to expedite the process and does not guarantee a visa issuance. :(
