Hi Lama.
It is hard for the officer, when hes looking at the file..the relationship looks good..but the trouble starts when they land..as the law does not have any restrictions for the applicant to stay with the spouce...Yes...i live in toronto i kinda know that there is too much pressure to cut down on fake stuff..but it is just hurting ppl like us cos its delaying our files too long...
Things will change soon, they will soon change the law for sponcership as its slowly getting out of control and now India has made their hit list !

yes that's true the ppl like that playing with the immigration. well i would say about that poor wheel chair girl should have sense about the guy coz i have seen the pictures. it was huge difference in both. i really feel sorry on her.

Do you have that article, ppl talk abt that at work but i never read it myself..they really are pissed with this case..and this was a huge trigger for more wait time these days...

Every time something happens like this the processing gets slowed down and they need to do a good check on if the marriage is genuine.
When 911 happened they blocked all the visas for number of months, it's all bcoz of some dumb people, Yeah the price tag of $50,000 is correct.

I was offered $25,000 in May 2008 to do this $hit but I declined in no hell way I am gonna do that.
