Hello, please how do I go about ECAS so I can know the position of my application in real time?

Usually 5-6 months after you submitted your application. But it’s different for every case. Sometimes it could be earlier than that. But typically that’s when they usually send a medical request.

Interview date feb 10 but they called to postpone it to Feb 24th.

Be calm. Be honest and go with everything they have asked.
Don't stress about studying too much facts because your marriage is genuine so just act natural.
