Yes, it takes about a month. Your ecas will change and then you'll get a letter in the mail a week or so later. You still have a couple weeks left to wait out the sponsorship part.

Where are you from? It is great to find the forum before applying, unlike people like me who found it quite late in the process. Learn from people's experiences and don't be complecent with anything. Wish you well in your marriage and subsiquent application.
