Yes to pre-arrival.... I am just wondering how they can justify why the application has gone pass a year, we had all docs required submitted with initial application.
@RoamingSpirit You was right last night about AVO doing a lot between thursday and sundays. I just noticed the following on my Ecas:
My wife got email advising transfer to AVO on march 1. However, permanent residence application status was already saying "in process" since feb 26 or so. Am i right that AVO started dealing with the app yesterday?
