yes,Generally if the children or a new baby is not born in Canada and needs to immigrate with you to Canada. yes,it changes the whole process and it will take the normal processing time 15 months. just keep calm and you will hear from them soon.Am sure other senior members can enlighten you more.

Embassy actually called me and ask when Will be the best time for me to pick up, I told her 1pm, she said ok that she is going to send me 1pm appointment time to pick up. So she send me an email. That was on Friday conversation, so I went on Monday to pick the passport.ekwu said:
