After combing through all the other forums, every other visa office is processing November applications except Accra, even the Philippines that have similar processing tI me.

My MPs office contacted CIC to inquire about the status of our application. The file has not even been assigned to an officer yet!

Please September to November applicants who have requested your gcms notes, can you share the status of your applications?

I was made to believe that MPs won't make an attempt to contact the Visa office until it has exceeded the stated time frame on CICs website. Can you share your timeline please? Can I reach out to my MP now?

Yes, that is the disparity in processing after SA. It's sad how slow AVO is. Hopefully we will be able to view more details about our file from July 23.

Good morning! Please what's happening from July 23?

You will be able to link your paper sponsorship application to your CIC account and view detailed info about your application. They claim it's more detailed than ecas.

Very strange indeed. I was hoping by now Sep-Oct applicants would be receiving PPR left and right. But so far nothing!
I believe this month will not go by without any good news. So my friends hang in there.

Hello all, I have a problem with the spelling of my surname in Ecas..i sent CIC a case specific enquiry before I got SA but it still shows the wrong spelling on Ecas.. Now my file is in Accra and it says they have started processing my application on Ecas although I have not gotten AOR2 from Accra yet...I sent another case specific enquiry 2weeks ago to AVO and up till now,I have not heard from them neither has my surname been changed on Ecas.. Any idea on what I can do at this point?

AVO takes between 2 weeks and a month to respond to mails and in some cases, they just act on the info without responding to your mail.

So, be a little mire patient and continue following up on Ecas.
