Is there a way for us to know what month Accra is working on now?

I have no idea are they on August applicants? September? :-\

Do they respond to emails? If so, I'll suggest you send them an email.

I did my medical test for family sponsorship on the 7th of November 2014 after receiving AOR and there as not being an update that medical result received till date on my online status. I am worried about this as its more than 2 months now. Can anyone tell me what could be going on with my application in Accra and what could be the right action to take now? Thanks

Just relax as medicals are not sent by u but directly from the physician,so it could be that the haven't updated it but be rest assured its been received ,better still u can order the note as emails are not often replied when u are within the processing times,honestly i dnt know wats happening in accra

Welcome to the forum As Ghanaboy said, you can order the notes to see if they received. I have the same issue but my GCMS notes shows they got my medical on Nov 19, 2014.

When did you apply? did the file get sent to Accra after SA approval? and when was that?

Thanks guys, what bothers me most was a friend who did her medicals after me and told me she got her medical result updated on her status. I mailed Accra and the response they sent was no document is required from me now. Will like us to note as well that the response may be sent to spam folder in the email beacuse that was where I got mine. Think I will request for for the GCMS note.

Welcome to the forum.
If I may ask, you and your friend are sponsoring your spouses or another family member?
From what I have read on this thread, All cases aren't the same. Another factor is the officer in charge of a specific file to update the status on the website. It's a good idea to order for the notes and have insight as to what has been done until now. All the best

I don't get why they repond to some and not to others. This is frustrating but hang in there Moh. I am sure you will hear something in no time.

As you said, it depends on the officer. Anything is possible with CIC.

In my case, it doesn't say medical received even though in the notes it does.

I'm just happy I found someone who applied at the same time as me.

Johny, can you give us your friend's timeline too? thank you so much. Please keep us updated if you hear anything from Accra.

When a journey is made by a singles individual it's easy for him or her to give up as there's lack of encouragement and cohesion,but when it's made of 2 or more people then u have hope knowing we all going through same pain and that if am not dead then u aren't dieing too,my beloveds my journey started in 2012 and am hiting 3years in this 2015,sometimes it requires diligent effort on the part of my wife to keep my toes on track,long live women,i surely hope by the close of the first quarter of this year we should all be making way for new generation,pls do not hesitate to draw encouragement from here and ask even the silly questions to find ur way through
