when did your file get to Accra ?

My file was received march and they started processing in August

wow! Congrats applications are reducing there then . How long did it took from start to finish? Any interviews or difficulties? Document request ? Plz share

Hi guys, file transfer from canada to ghana was in November 2013. We did police report and medicals upfront. No interview. Extra docs were requested in February. PPR requested on May 5th. That was it; We thank God.

Congrats Yinkuzi, that is great news! If you don't mind me asking, what extra documents did they request? We should be hearing about our sponsorship approval in the next week or so. Praying this moves along smoothly!

Also, Obronibini - congrats on your sponsorship approval! It is great to have you about a month ahead of me, will give me a better idea of how long our application should take.

wow congrats ! And thank you very much for coming back to respond to us. If I may ask are you both Ghanaians ? We pray for fast timelines like you. We got SA on the 30 Ecas started working two or three days after and today we check to see " Medicals recieved" we don't know if it was updated at Accra or Mississauga

Yes, Im the sponsor. I really don't know why they asked for his employment history. I guess the just wanted to look busy. lol
