Please take a look at my timeline and kindly advise what may be going on:
Application sent: April 2021
Application received: May 5, 2021
AOR 1: May 6 2021
Sponsorship Approval: June 10 2021
File forwarded to Accra visa office June 10 2021
Eligibility status in progress: August 12 2021
Medical Request: October 5 2021
Medical Exam: October 26 2021
Medical Passed: October 30 2021
Pre-Arrival Letter: January 16 2022
Eligibility Completed: January 17 2022 (According to New tracker)
Background verification: Not started (According to New Tracker)
All quiet for about 4 months.
Ghost update: March 22, 2022; April 25, 2022
Ghost update: May 3 2022
Status on ECAS: In process
Any reason to be alarmed?

No reason to be alarmed until you are alarmed, I pray it goes smoothly well for you and keep hoping for the best. Not sure anyone can tell you exactly what it is but since you have pre arrival, it means your eligibility is completed on the new tracker and that's a positive movement. It's either PPR or ADR but I hope you get PPR. When you say ghost update, is it on gckey because some people call the last update on the new tracker ghost update? Either ways, keep being positive!
Says who? Sorry, that is not how it goes.....With accra AVO, we don't have people working there. The place is empty and officers comes there once in blue moon to check on applications. Start talking about more months like 3-8 month after ADR...Hmm, worse visa regional office ever
No officers working at that Location I guess!! Covid has helped all officers to travel abroad I believe...hmm!! Did you say 4 month? Pray so they don't extend it.....Don't let anybody working at AVO hears it please...hmmm!! They take peoples visions and emotions as a field of play
Your timeline shows you are one of the blessed individuals to be processed at Accra. Ghost updates also shows your file is being worked on. 2 things you must learn when your file is in Accra is to... 1. be patient 2. be positive. At least for now.
