The person to be sponsored, but when counting number of applicants you must add the sponsor.

All you can do is what you did by applying for your gcms notes, that is the only way to know or guess what the delay might be, definite you will have an idea of what's up with your case. I wish and pray you hear from them soon.

From what I have read it means AVO is waiting for Mississauga to give the approval and the go ahead. When did you apply? Can we know your timeline please.

All you can do is what you did by applying for your gcms notes, that is the only way to know or guess what the delay might be, definite you will have an idea of what's up with your case. I wish and pray you hear from them soon.

all you can do is wait for the gcms notes and you will find out more into it. My wife is April 4 applicant and i was also worried like you only to find out that they have transferred her application to the right visa office. just be patient and hopefully we all will get some good news.

You are right, a delay doesn't really means that you have some problem with your application it could be any other factors. Maybe delay to check information for cross check from appropriate authorities. So let everyone have positive hope the responses will come like a dream. Amen!

Then you don't have problem your first response from then will be to ppr as soon as they get the go ahead from Mississauga.

Hello good people,
I was surprise to get a refusal email from avo today instead of ppr and given option to appeal.
I ll start my appeal proceedings Thursday bcos reason the office gave don't make sense to me, saying my relationship and marriage not genuine, can you imagine, almost 14 months.
I will update u as we progress in the appeal.

This is devastating news! I have been following your story and I am so sorry to hear this. Be strong! Get your GCMS notes to see exactly what happened before filing an appeal or reapplying. I have seen a few people on this forum who applied a second time and got approved. So don't give up!
