The IMM0008 form is the Generic Application form which needs to be validated. They typically want to know if there's any change in the family composition, additional child etc.

@mandie,thanks for your show of love.Am grateful.OK have filled it.Would just validate. I was asked to fill imm5669 also,that I should fill from when I turned 18years and to state all the visas I applied for which was rejected. what do you think?

Oki, please fill all the form as requested by cic as advised by mandie and send them back with all requested document, remember to sign and date all doc. Treat as urgent.

Cisco, you need to fill those forms, scan to pdf format and send it to avo asap, either you use cse or your cic account with explanation letter. If nothing has change in your history use the old info to avoid your application been stall.

Did they tell you the forms they are referring to? You could print and do a new one and send to them. Have you already received SA? CIC-Miss is fast to return incomplete applications. You might want to send them a e-mail using the CSE web form:

Send then CSE asking them to tell you the specific forms so that you can redo them. It's a shame a month plus is already wasted; I believe you would have been at the second stage by now had it not been this delay. Send the e-mail ASAP.
