Good morning everybody,
please can anyone help out... I am November 23 applicant and my visa office is Accra Ghana, is there any November applicant for Accra here remaining?
I requested my GCMS note which i got nd going through it, no red flag or concern but i dont know why my eCas never changed, i mean to say no medicals received only we received your application nd we started processing your application on 22/4/2016.
In the note it says Medicals passed, Security not started, Criminality not started.
so now am kind of confused because my medical suppose to expire on 24/07/2016 but I saw on note that it expires on 29/07/2016.
Is this an error or what???
Your contribution(s) will be appreciated. Thank you

CIC can extend the validity of the medicals so there is nothing to worry about there. Also August applicants whose medicals expired are now being asked to redo the medicals. They will get to us soon.

I understand the security and criminality checks are holding back most of the application for the men. The current attacks in the world are not helping our applications since some of our people have been known to be naughty.

Hang in there with us.

I'm a Canadian citizen through refugee. Accra visa office asking for my PIF and I am wandering what's the significant of this document to spouse sponsorship.

I was made to believe that MPs won't make an attempt to contact the Visa office until it has exceeded the stated time frame on CICs website. Can you share your timeline please? Can I reach out to my MP now?

There is no timeline to use your MP's office to find out the status of your application. You can use your MP's office now if you so wish. You need to provide them with the full name of the principal applicant, their date of birth and application number. Also provide the contact information of the sponsor so they can provide you with updates.

I think they will use this in the same way that they use our original PR application when considering spousal sponsorship. They want to find out if you declared you were married or in a relationship with your current spouse at the time of your refugee application.

I SERVE A LIVING GOD! We woke up this morning to the great news. 15 days to send in passport. I can't contain my joy and I know everyone else on this forum will celebrate soon.

Has anyone heard of the VFS global services because that was an option along with DHL. Which is advisable??

Wow!!!
Congratulations Blessed. I dey dance azonto for you.

I think sending it yourself (courier) is faster. That way you can track your passport and see the exact time it is delivered and signed for.

From experience, it mustn't be DHL. I used DHL when I sent my passport the first time but I used UPS for my passport's 2nd missionary journey. They both arrived safely and UPS was cheaper.
