May everyone on thread experience the joy of reuniting with their spouse.

I am happy to see that AVO is speeding up. Big congratulations to all those that got PPR. I am sure more GOODNEWS is on the way for us here on this thread. We all deserve to be reunited.

hello dear frds.
I am waiting for good news from each and everyone of us on the thread.
The delay or wait in response from CIC is really worrisome.
April will fetch us positive responses.
cheers

I'm only 2 months into the waiting game and it is so draining. I was hoping by now AVO would be working on Aug-Dec applicants - wishful thinking. There is nothing we can do than to pray and wait, God will see us through.

Get some encouragment here labelle..its just a blink of an eye...keep busy with what you love doing and check back on them periodically you will be fine

@mandie and ghanaboy2 thanks a lot for the words of encouragement. Well...I guess I have no option than to wait and pray. Like Ghanaboy suggested, I will try get something to keep me busy cos I don't work for now. It is well with us all.

Patient, Persevering and enduring are the cheat to beat this waiting game as mandie called it, and the day that the game is over for anyone of us, I know for sure we will all forget the suffering while we jubilate.
By the way welcome to the room Labelle

Hi Labelle welcome on board to this great platform. I am also a December applicant and I can relate to what you're going through...Though I have a very busy schedule with my work, the wait time being away from my wife is really agonizing. My prayers is that we all get our PPR soonest.

I'm currently in the process of sponsoring my husband. I sent our application since 2012.

After a long battle with the visa office, my husband finally got a interview date.

We are looking for cheap flight ticket from Nigeria to Accra...any ideas?? and also a hotel close to the visa office.

Thanks in advance for the sugguestion

For a hotel close to the Canadian embassy try Coconut Grove Regency Hotel. Reviews are good on trip advisor: https://www.tripadvisor.ca/Hotel_Review-g293797-d1837352-Reviews-Coconut_Grove_Regency_Hotel-Accra_Greater_Accra.html#REVIEWS

You can also check out the SSNIT Guest house.https://www.tripadvisor.ca/Hotel_Review-g293797-d4022207-Reviews-SSNIT_Guest_House-Accra_Greater_Accra.html.

Any hotel near the Ako Adjei overpass will be within walking distance of the embassy. I can't help you with flights.

forum has been quiet .
delay is not denial....I am optimistic we shall get our beautiful testimony.
