Hello@Vivichi, just make sure you have the same information you have on the previous form. And can you please not share your UCI number publicly , for your own safety.
Goodluck.

Yes i have the form, it was the same form imm5669 form i submitted when i applied do they expect me to change somtins in the form? I tot we are to submit d same form...... Am just confused here don't know what to do anymore >:(

You actually don't need to change anything again! Just make sure you fill out the same information as you did at the beginning of your application and sign where necessary! They just want to know if there will be changes on the new form

@Vivichi
Just go though the IMM5669 to see if there was any gap between your work and résidentiel timeline.
I had this issue with Buffalo Visa office once.
I forgot to mention period of Time of 3 months on that from.
Double Check those timeframe to see if everything is correct .
If you have any other question feel free to ask.
I hope my answers help a little bit.
Take Care and good luck.

"A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature. Note that you MUST list ALL past employment and addresses SINCE THE AGE OF 18 REGARDLESS OF DATE OF BIRTH (Section 8 and 12 of the form) AND ASSURE NO GAPS EXIST. Failure to do so will result in additional delays"

Have you completed a new form (even if nothing has changed) or have you just been sending the same copy you had submitted originally? The form must bear an original signature, meaning you have to mail the original. As you complete the new form, if anything has changed, this is an opportunity to update CIC. Make sure there are no gaps.
Also, can you post the dates from your personal history as they appear on the form (just the dates, no additional information is needed)? Perhaps we can also take a look at it to see if there are any gaps.

Lastly, go back to your original post with the letter from the embassy and remove your Client ID# and real name (for safety/privacy reasons). Also ask anyone who quoted you to delete the quote.

Hey Vivichi!

hubby was also requested to send IMM5669. We sent them the same form with the same information on it. We made sure we didn't leave any gaps between where is resided from the day he was born till present. We made sure to connect the time frame. For example, from June 2 1979 to June 2 1980 lagos then you continue to connect the dates. follow the same pattern for (8) and connect the dates on all your activities.

I filled it now just like this
2005-08 to 2006-05
2006-06 to 2007-11
2007-12 to 2009-06
2009-07 to 2009-10
2009-10 to 2013-04
2013-05 to 2014-07
2014-08 to 2014-12
2014-12 to present
The problem now is that the space they gave for that is not enough for the years should i attache a separate paper or should i fill someone n leave some.. Pls u people should help me out please

It says on the form to attach a separate sheet of paper if there is not enough space. Write the name of the form(IMM 5669 Background Declaration) and question number on this separate sheet. Then on the form itself, you can write "see Addendum attached". This way the officer knows to look for the rest of the information on that sheet.

Now onto your dates below - they need the information from when to turned 18 yrs up to now, right?

You have gaps of approximately 1 month each in your dates - Example:
2005-08 to 2006-05 but you don't say what you were doing from 2006-05 to 2006-06. I think a better approach is to do it like this: (the ones in red are the gaps)

2005-08 to 2006-05
2006-05 to 2006-06
2006-06 to 2007-11
2007-11 to 2007-12
2007-12 to 2009-06
2009-06 to 2009-07
2009-07 to 2009-10
2009-10 to 2013-04
2013-04 to 2013-05
2013-05 to 2014-07
2014-07 to 2014-08
2014-08 to 2014-12
2014-12 to present

TIP: For the year when you turned 18, write what you were doing for that entire year, not just from your birthday month. This way, they will have no reason to request more information.

Provide details of what you were doing during the gaps noted above. It's fine if there is an overlap in what you doing (be it working, studying, travelling, unemployed, etc - just explain) but there can't be gaps. This is how we did my husband's sponsorship application and we got PPR + medicals last week.

Hey love
I know you're probably quite annoyed with AVO and their annoying request. Below I am posting how I completed hubbys question 12
I made it short and less complicated.
2008-06 to Present
2000-06 to 2008 05
1989 06 to 2000 06
1979 09 to 1989 06

As you can see, we went straight to the point.

I have a question about Accra VO

DO they send You AOR2 after they recieve your application???

My file was transfered recenlty and my ecas changed to "In Process" today , but i just wanted to know if AVO will send AOR or not

@Tolexmi,
The in process now is for sponsorship, once you receive a message that your sponsorship had been approved it will change to decision made and all that is for first stage. 2nd stage is AVO and they don't update their ecas as Canada but you may receive an email informing you that your file has been transferred . Goodluck to you and everyone.

Hello to everyone...I pray that we hear a good news from AVO immediately... May God strengthen each and everyone here waiting...

The wait is killing and frustrating but all we can do is to stick together! Whatever has a beginning must surely end one day

That's right what ever has a beginning surely has an end..
