Hi peeps, just checked ecas today Oct14,2015, Accra has added one more line " Medical results received". I believe after this line, "Decision made" of passport request is next. Thank God!!!

I got PPR and sent the passport to AVO but it still "in process". i think it goes to DM only after the visa is issued

Did anyone knows the form to fill out for Sponsors's personal information form and narrative from refugee claim.
Also IMM 0008 forms have different categories,can someone put me through please.Your response will be highly appreciated.

I am not sure what you are referring to regarding the refugee claim. There are two IMM0008 for family sponsorship. It doesn’t hurt to fill the two out.

Yes, that is correct. It goes to DM when visa has been issued. Some, after landing.

you are welcome. our file went to AVO in march 2015 but the status didnt change to "in process" until sept 2015 and PPR a month later. looks like they are speeding up the process. pray lots, God is in control

The email they sent you should specifically state the form to fill. As for the PIF. Personal Information Form. It's for the sponsor's refugee claim. Make sure all the information in that form is consistent with the sponsorship application.

@Lamour,actually it was stated in the mail that a new updated IMM 0008,but they did not made mentioned of the form to fill for PIF and how will l get a narrative from refugee Claim. The PIF and narrative from refugee claim is the one stressing me out now.Pls help.

IMM 0008 was one of the forms you guys submitted before. They need it to be filled out again. I hope you have a copy of the initial form hat was submitted to them. Take that out and use it to fill the new one making sure everything is accurate.
If you are the sponsor, then your PIF is what is being requested. You should also have a copy of this in your refugee claim file.

Yes, you can send a copy of yours to them in addition to any other requested document. i really hope you find it because IRB might linger in processing your request. Start searching

I found the PIF,l guess am going to scan it to my hubby and at the same time fax it to Accra.

You are very welcome. I am glad you found it. Yes, you ccan scan it to your husband. But since this is not the only information they requested I will suggest you put them all together before forwarding to AVO. Meanwhike, it is very important that you guys go through the PIF again just to make sure what is there is consistent with the sponsorship application. If AVO is asking for it, then you scan through it yourself first
