It should be photocopies. Should it be original copies, they will specifically ask for that.
But, no harm in calling them, just to make sure.

sure if they requested for education transcript then it is to confirm that u the same person u claim to be some years back before ur marriage.just send photocopy of everything as u might not get them back.

Yes absolutely and include your client number and include the letter that they sent when they asked for these docs.

Just as everyone said , photocopies of the docs , print the letter they sent you and include your file and client numbers . All the best

There is a fee for 490 Canadian that is called the right of permanent resident fee(RPRF).

That's required for landing and for processing the PR card. They will ask for it so if you pay it now and mail them the receipt then it will speed things up a bit. You can pay it online

You can write a letter and send it to them by mail and also send an email. That's what my wife did. That's if the change of address is not in canada (i.e the applicant). If it's the sponsor then you can do it online.
