Aha! Look who is here.....we missed you Ghanaboy and happy that you got to the finish line of the race.
Yeah, we are all waiting patiently. Some will be soon, others sooner and most will be soonest.

I can't wait for full spring here in Montreal. I'm sick and tired of the winter jacket and accessories.
Have a good weekend for those that have the long weekend off work.

Hi,
I am assuming your husband lives outside Canada. If so follow this link:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp

And don't forget to adhere to the country specific instructions as well:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/3912e.pdf

Wish you all the best!

*Mandie*

No you do not. It's not applicable in that case. Keep in mind that he has to fill out the additional Family form even if they're not coming with him to Canada.

As the saying goes....there is no harm in trying.
Put together the supporting document you have and also the fact that you will not give up PR in Canada to become illegal in U.S.

Exactly that's one thing i will never do but how will this visa officers understand this simple and important reality in life.after all USA isn't any better than the olive country.so what do i need as supporting docs

Just show that you're wife is working in Canada and you JUST LANDED in Canada and that you have a family there (kids) and a house and maybe even some applications that you may have applied to find a job here.

That should be ok really and show that you're only there for a wedding and only there for a short period of time etc.

You should try, it doesn't hurt.

In additon to Moh's suggestion. Attach a copy of your joint account and do not forget to write a cover letter indicating your future plans in Canada and why it will be unreasonable to forfeit those dreams just to stay in U.S and be illegal.
All the best.
