Husby lives in canada while we are in Nigeria at the moment. Yes, the ecas shows medicals received, so we are waiting for ppr hopefully very soon

omg!! That's soo terrible ,oh poor baby . I can't imagin how you and your wife are feeling right now . Accept my condolences , am sooo sorry abt that . Hope you stay strong and may God see you and your wife through this terrible times. If you have informed them of adding the baby all you have to do now is tell them he died and send a document like death cert from the hospital to them . Hopefully they feel bad for you and issue you pr ASAP so that you guys can at least be together to console each other . That is if you aren't together already . Once again am sorry to hear that . anyways I am doing ok , just keeping it busy with work and hanging in there .

updated family information.you must advise us of any change in your marital status or family composition.All family member must be listed on your IMM8 applicaton form.Failure to comply may result in delay in the issuance of your visa.[/b]what do they mean,by this?nothing has changed since i applied,i have given them the family information before.Has any one got this.It this a generic letter from cic?

I have just received Passport Request from CHC. The mail from CHC in part reads: The following information and documentation will be required to issue your visa:

My question is, what does this involve? Should sending a letter explaining that my marital status and family composition remains same, do? Do I need to fill a new IMM8 application form or attach a copy of the one I filled previously? I really confused. Can somebody please help. Time is really running out!

I would advice you to send the same one you sent earlier along with your passport.
If that is all they requested for that is what you should do.

It is IMM0008 type it into Google you should find it. Be careful not to contradict the previous one you sent in.

That is the one. If you are in Canada why don't you take the letter to an immigration lawyer and they can advice you on what to do.

You should download the new form with the same info you had again and attach a copy of the old one . Write a simple letter telling them your status remain the same . Congrats
