sending capis note before in process in Use Less

second You forced your way into "in process" by sending the correspondence,People who followed the same route have been waiting for 6 months with in process status

Now the Gist is You will have to wait for at least 12 more weeks and that too is being optimistic

Anil-India,

You asked why Nova Scotia was sending more files than the visa office can handle. They process them as fast as they can and ship them out. The Delhi office could obviously use more staff to handle them.. However, take a look at other cities and their processing times:
Cairo 19 months
Nairobi 21
Hong Kong 17
Islamabad 15
Seoul 15
Taipei 16
New Delhi 14

So look on the bright side. It's all good!

gasheforpeace,

Sorry,

The times are based on the date of the receipt of a complete package at the visa office. You can see all of the timeframes on the government website.

Dear Sir/Madam,

(System generated mail - that is why it is mentioned Sir/Madam instead of our names)

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi.

circular message modified by New Delhi Office

Please be advised that if the applicant has (they should have mentioned "you have" instead of "applicant has") applied as a Federal Skilled Worker on or after February 27, 2008 and before June 26, 2010 , the application will take two years or more to be processed. This is due to the fact that Canada received over 425,000 applications (Canada received - not New Delhi ) under this program during this period, and 144,000 of these have not yet received a decision (Canda has not taken decision whether those applications are eligible for processing). This number represents more than twice the number of projected admissions under the federal skilled worker program in 2011, so many of these applicants will have to wait two years or more to be processed.

The applicants who have to wait for two years or more are those applicants whose applications are still in Canada pending for approval and not yet send to the processing country.

Those applications which were send to the India will be processed in 14 months period.

If you (applicants whose application are still in Canada) wish to withdraw your application, you may be eligible for a refund of your processing fees.
We trust that this information will be of assistance.

That is the circular message which was advised by Canada to circulate to the processing countries clients to avoid further applications being sent. New Delhi office wrongly send the same to applicants who asked for processing period request.

We are still within the quota and will be processed in 14 months period (average). Some may take 15-18 months.

HI KDSTTL
WHAT A RELIEF AFTER READING YOUR POST. U TRULY ARE A GENIUS. WHAT NO FORUM MEMBER COULD NOTICE, U BROUGHT THAT TRUTH TO EVERYONE'S ATTENTION.

Hi KDSTLL,

Link posted yesterday was very encouraging and make the aspiration alive again....thanks for that.....

Could you please let me know whether we can reapply again (if Finance comes in new list)....

Many thanks,
AK

No point in reapplying if the new NOC is again going to have "Finance"

The Finance related job is in priority, not MI-3 applications.

So even if post July 1st applicants file Finance application, we only will get priority.
