Thread 1111 and 0111 who have submitted docs in delhi CHC Only 2010

Hi Desti..

I have been trying to figure out this processing method...which keeps us in a total hangout whereas those applying after us are in process. How is it so?

Would CHC reply if ALL OF US together (numbering into possibly hundreds) sent them a mail asking them how come April applicants(FTD) are still RBVO? and those of May .. June..are IN PROCESS?
Is this possible?

didn't hear nothing from them. sent a case specific inquiry and nothing

my consultant sent a mail for six file numbers four weeks ago Guess what ...... NOTHING .......No reply

I think all pre June 25 applicants's status are "in process" though the e-CAS shows blank, RBVO, in process with RBVO and all these stuffs.

Medicals are being done for the March/April file transferred applicants. Guess your file was transferred in April. So you can expect a good news very soon about your medicals.

Yes agreed, but atleast the process for pre June applicant shall move on as normal, hope the Visa Offices across will get some sort of Green Signal to go ahead and process files as usual, other wise, i believe, if party would have changed, we would have all been in limbo until the new party settles, decides and announces its stance on immigration for pre June applicants. May be I am wrong, but this is what I see it like.
