Hi, this condo is considered a very "high end" unit because of the reputation of the builder. There are a number of pictures to view. It's not exactly huge but it does have 2 full baths and all the latest bells and whistles. I think for Toronto this is good value.

My status changed to "In Process" from "RBVO" this morning. However, inside details are still the same and doesn't contain processing start date.
