Dear All,
I am in Canada and studying daily news papers.I came to conclusion that present Govt is keen to process pre-june applications with their speed. But they are keen to send back pre Feb 2008 applications. For this they are working. No need to worry for you as per my observations. Also 38 category was demanded by present Govt. How they can deny them. You all to remain to free of mind and enjoy Indian culture which you will miss in Canada.
harmeet
i completely agree with u bro

Nano,
CIC consider pre feb 2008 as a major backlog.Pre june are very less in numbers and cic have no difficulty in clearing that backlog. You are only speaking with one resource but listen multiple channels and news papers of Canada.Business houses are very much against blocking of immigration. Moreover before posting anything you should think that almost all applicants are in process which means that major works on the files are complete.CIC will not roll back now for pre june cases. They are at the conclusion stage for pre june.
DON'T SPREAD PANIC IN THE FORUM WHICH IS STRONGLY NEED OF THE TIME.YOU ARE POSTING JUST TO TAKE OUT SOMETHING POSITIVE FROM OTHERS BUT YOU ITSELF IS NEGATIVE.
Yrs spouse is in Ontario and you should be more aware of the situation and always give right information rather than depend on single source.

lets not talk about any negativity, unless anyone on this thread gets a negative news (god forbid).

sincere appeal to everyone.

what Canadian govt has to do, they will do.

and it is their Right!

if someone can not be positive minded, even after getting the REAL IN PROCESS status Visible............
it means he doesn't trust himself or his destiny.

are we people in 'teenage or early 20s' here?

if Visa won t come, will our LIFE or our Success END in our own country?

always keep plan B ready in life, may be plan C as well, if u r actually smart.

Dear Harmeet,

Please read my earlier comments too. You misunderstood my point completely. I am not trying to spread panic. I said earlier on this thread itself that this all discussion is for Pre Feb cases.

This particular info I posted was for Pre Feb cases only, where backlog applicants(Pre Feb 2008) can apply/will be invited for Ontario Provincial Nomination.
And asked people to inform other backlog(Pre Feb) applicants..

Hope you understand now..

We will all fight/enjoy in Canada in the immediate near future (Face to face)

Just wait for your visa......

I Got my caips its same as of KDSTTL's they asked ECU for meds n some other things ,i asked my lawyer about ECU he said its unit in VO which regulates visas issued with VO's given annual target.ECU request meds if its think that applicant will get visa uptill validity of meds (12 months) and he confirmed that FSW target of ND for 2012 is 8000......

The Best Thing here is that we are treated as working Inventory and pre 2008 are treated as Back Log

for a change feeling happy for my situation though feeling pain for the people in waiting for over 5 yrs

Have a look at the above mentioned links.
Canada is keen to eliminate backlog. It has asked provincial govts to see if they can fit backlog candidates there..
So some of the backlog applicants can be selected for provincial nominations.

Posting it here so that anyone whose friend/relatives have applied can inform them of this policy. And its for Ontario so its much better.
They can send an inquiry to CHC and ask for this program..

Keep it posting on other threads too..

Good Happy news for all

I think 8000 quota will cover all of us there are not many of us

what say!

I had a work with my consultant after reading your Post

I am given to Understand that NDVO will issue 57000 Individual Visas in New delhi MI 1 , 2 and three

assuming a standard family of 4 it will be approx 15000 Visas

Wonder which consultant is giving the right figure

The figure last year for FSW was 7500(individual visas) for FSW category.
So 8000 seems more appropriate for FSW.

Your consultant must have quoted visas for all the categories..
