got PPR-1 on Sep-24 replied same day.

Alhamdulillah. Got PPR - 2

But

I need some help. CHC advised me to submit pp within 30 days in Islamabad. There are two issues

1- I am doing PhD in Italy. I already informed CHC about it too. My address is also updated online. I cannot travel to Pakistan because there is a mandatory PhD course that I have to attend.

2- My family had applied for Italian visa. and their passports are in Italian embassy in Pakistan. They would get passport back by the end of this month.

What should I do. They also advise me to submit passports in ONE package.

CHC told me to submit passport in Islamabad, while I live in Italy now-a-days. I cannot travel to PK in next 2 - 3 months.

Does anybody have the same experience?

One day before yesterday my Visa officer replied "Documents have have been submitted " yesterday he sent me following message: ???

Dear Applicant,

Thank you for your message. It appears that the email has not been received, please re-send the required documents.

I again sent him PPR1 related docs. Is there any idea why he did he send me such response?
